+How does delivery work?
SIM cards are hand-delivered across Delhi NCR after KYC clearance and operator approval — typically within 24–72 hours. We do not ship SIMs by courier; outside Delhi NCR our team coordinates activation via Vi doorstep / authorised retail and confirms delivery in advance.
+Is COD available?
Cash on Delivery is available only in Delhi NCR. Use the PIN checker on any product page to confirm.
+Can I exchange a delivered number?
No. Once a number is delivered, activated, or processed, it cannot be changed, cancelled or exchanged.
+Do you offer EMI?
Yes — EMI is available on premium numbers via Razorpay and supported card issuers.
+How do auctions work?
Place bids in real time. The highest bidder above the reserve price wins and must complete payment within 24 hours.
