Number Delivery Policy

Once a number is delivered, activated, or processed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, deleted, or exchanged from our side.

Booking

• Booking is confirmed only after full payment.
• Availability depends on telecom operator approval.
• KYC may be mandatory.

Auctions

• All bids are final.
• Payment must be completed within the stated deadline.
• Reserve prices apply.

Refunds

Some premium numbers are non-refundable. Refunds depend on the order stage; see our refund policy.

COD

Cash on Delivery is available only across Delhi NCR.

GST

If a customer requests GST invoicing, Delhi GST at 18% will be applied to the purchase value.
